We got tired of
eating the whole case.
That is the honest origin story. Snacks arrive by the carton, and nobody wants forty of the same bar. So we started breaking cases down and putting together boxes worth opening — and it turned into a warehouse.

The building
We work out of 40 Rabro Drive, a 46,950 square foot warehouse in the Hauppauge Industrial Park on Long Island. It is the largest industrial park in the north-east and the second largest in the country — 1,700 acres and some 1,300 companies — which is a long way of saying it is a place built for exactly this: pallets in one door, parcels out the other.
The building went up in 1975 and has the plain virtues of its decade — 16-foot ceilings, loading docks, a drive-in bay, and enough floor to store a lot of sugar. There is no showroom and no marketing department in it. There are shelves.
Every order on this site is picked from those shelves by hand and goes out of that door. We are not a drop-shipper passing your address to somebody else — if you order a bag of gummies, somebody here walks to one of 2,091 pick locations and takes it off the shelf. Some of those locations are a cold room. One of them is the stairs.
The candy counter down the hall
The same warehouse is home to Long Island Candy Factory — the walk-in wholesale and retail candy counter at 40 Rabro Drive, open to the public Monday to Friday. If you are on the Island you can skip us entirely and buy it off the shelf.
That is not a coincidence of address, it is the whole reason this site can do what it does. A cash-and-carry counter buys in case quantities and buys constantly, which is how 563 brands end up under one roof instead of the two dozen a normal online snack shop can justify. We share the same stock: when somebody walks out with a case, the count on this website goes down.
It also means the buying is done by people who have been standing behind a candy counter long enough to know what actually sells, rather than by an algorithm reading a trend report.
You have probably already bought from us
Most of what leaves this building does not leave through this website. We have been selling on the big marketplaces for years, and this storefront is the newest door into the same warehouse — same shelves, same pickers, same boxes.

Who packs it
Food has a special ability to bring people together — those people come from all around the world. That is how it is here in our facility. Ten different ethnic groups work for our company.
We wrote that a few years ago and it is still the truest sentence on the site. A warehouse full of snacks from everywhere tends to attract staff from everywhere, and the arguments about which country does a given sweet best are a genuine perk of the job.
Who we pack for
Alongside orders like yours we put together assortments for hotel chains, bars and convenience stores — a s'mores kit for a resort, a high-end chocolate spread for an event, a pallet of one thing for a shop that goes through it.
