Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tribeca Curations, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Products and Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice. Product descriptions are for informational purposes and may vary slightly from actual products.
Payment and Billing
We accept payments through Square. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information is accurate and complete. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our return policy.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We sell food and consumable products, and for reasons of food safety we cannot accept returns. Once an order leaves our facility we have no way to verify how a product has been stored, handled or transported, and we will not resell any consumable that has been outside our control. This policy protects every customer who orders from us.
We stand behind every order we ship. If any of the following applies, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund at our discretion:
- Your order arrived damaged in transit.
- You received the wrong item.
- An item is missing from your order.
- An item is materially different from its description on this site.
- Your order never arrived.
Please keep the packaging and send photographs where you can — it helps us resolve the claim quickly and raise it with the carrier.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before they are shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, an order is on its way and can no longer be cancelled.
Ingredients and manufacturing processes change without notice. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please check the manufacturer's packaging on arrival rather than relying on the product description, and do not consume anything you are unsure about.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tribeca Curations or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tribeca Curations be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased through it. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.
Changes to Terms
